Try eating theses yummy foods: oats, brown rice, barley, apples, pears, strawberries, oranges, sweet potatoes, carrots, peas, beans, poultry, seafood and fish, veal, pork tenderloin, tofu, eggs, low-fat yogurt, salmon, walnuts, whole-grain breakfast cereals, lentils, black-eyed peas, soybeans, oatmeal, mustard greens, beets, broccoli, sunflower seeds, oranges, and milk; to name a few! Not only is exercising a great way to get into shape but studies say that it also can help boast your spirts! So, the next time your having a bad day, exercise! Try exercising outdoor, if you can. Change in your environment is proven to improve your mood. Meditation can also be a great way to handle stress and can improve your mood overall. |
